The theme for our last retreat was Let it Be. We reflected on the Annunciation, and considered Mary's freedom to choose. We contributed to the centrepiece at the closing liturgy by making tissue paper bowls, to symbolise our openness to receiving God.

Mags Bryan is a qualified counsellor and spiritual director, and has been involved in pastoral work for over 20 years. She is a registered social worker, mentor and trainer and runs her own business "8 miles out", whilst working as a Local Area Coordinator for people with dementia. Mags is involved in the Two Halves of Life group run by the Coracle Trust. She is also a guide for Retreats in Daily Life both for the Coracle Trust and for the Epiphany Group, of which she is a member.Mags loves the outdoors and the "call of creation". She enjoys using her photography as a resource for retreats and quiet days. 

Sharon is a full time Mum of two boys. Prior to starting a family, Sharon was a social worker and mental health officer. She is a qualified spiritual director, trained in the Ignatian tradition of spiritual direction. She is a member of the Epiphany Group, and enjoys the challenge of "finding God in all things". She has been involved in running quiet days and retreats for a number of years. She also guides on Retreats in Daily Life, and is one of the tutors on Growth in Prayer and Reflective Living, a course run by the Epiphany Group. Sharon enjoys the peace and quiet of the countryside, and regularly walks her dogs on the local beaches, enjoying the beauty of God's creation.
